He then asked if I would like a refreshment and if I needed a loaner vehicle or a shuttle ride. I didn't need either one because I already had made arrangements for transportation. I received an email and a text from Michael explaining what he recommended before and work was done. When my vehicle was ready, I received a text letting me know it was ready to be picked up. My experience was smooth and painless, will be back. More
