Walter's Service + Javier Juarez = SUPERIOR I have owned my Q5 for a little over 1 year, and today was the SUPERIOR service experience by far. While much of my maintenance coverage is through Au I have owned my Q5 for a little over 1 year, and today was the SUPERIOR service experience by far. While much of my maintenance coverage is through Audi Care, brakes were a mystery. Javier Juarez is to be commended for his thorough explanation of the warranty service and brake work that my car received. As a female consumer, I’m not interested in the pampering but rather a sincere and honest explanation of service. I’ll be making a “B” line to Javier for my next service appointment. She is the best person that would take care of your car service Especially if Stacy Samuel will be behind the whole service process of your vehicle. She is the best person that would take care of your car service needs. Stacy had assisted me on the service of my A3 TDI and my wife's Q5 repeatedly. I am always pampered when I bring my car for service. Once Stacy knows what needs to be done, all I have to do is to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and wait for the loaner car for me to be able to continue with my business for the day. I would received several phone calls for updates and status of the vehicle in service. Once, the car is ready, another phone call to let me know that it is ready to be pick up, washed. She treats every car brought in for service as if it was her own. I am very fortunate to have Stacy Samuel working to the best interest of her clients interest. She help us not only to choose a vehicle, also to test it and get information about the vehicle performance and technology. But we also receive assistance from David and Rich regarding financial information that ended up in a great deal for us including the Audi care and the purchased of our dream family car. We are very happy with our new 2015 Q7.
