I had it serviced here until I purchased my 2013 Audi in January of 2014. Both cars I loved and both were serviced at Walter's. I live about 30 miles away and therefore if the car will be there for more than 2 hours I request and get a loaner car. The cars which are loaners are always in excellent condition and appropriate for the model that I bring in. Stacy Samuels is my usual service writer and she knows my cars well and takes great care of them. Service is done professionally and completely. I would highly recommend Walter's for service. More
