Friendly Helpful Service I took my Audi Q5 in for service. While my vehicle was being a inspected there was a problem found in my cooling system. Keith set up a loaner for me I took my Audi Q5 in for service. While my vehicle was being a inspected there was a problem found in my cooling system. Keith set up a loaner for me immediately and sent me on my way. Through the servicing process he periodically send me messages via text which was very helpful to check the status of the service. The check in/out process was smooth and flawless and Keith was very friendly and helpful. It has been over a week and my car is running well. Problem resolved. More
