I could not have had a better experience I couldn't believe it....I had a relatively minor problem with my Audi R8 and the shop foreman,Brian Finn,, actually came to my house to check out the I couldn't believe it....I had a relatively minor problem with my Audi R8 and the shop foreman,Brian Finn,, actually came to my house to check out the problem.....he fixed one of the problems at my house and then arranged Audi roadside to have the car flat bedded to the shop.....once at the shop I was kept continually informed by Stacy Samuel,service advisor,about the work being done on my vehicle...Walters is fortunate to have both Brian and Stacy on the team.....it's customer service like this that will keep me coming back to Walters for future assistance More

Keith Marshall On Sunday, February 15, driving from Redondo Beach to Hemet my Audi stalled on the freeway near Lake Elsinore. I had to have it towed to the nearest A On Sunday, February 15, driving from Redondo Beach to Hemet my Audi stalled on the freeway near Lake Elsinore. I had to have it towed to the nearest Audi Dealership which happened to be Walter's Audi. Keith Marshall was my service advisor. My husband and I were a bit worried about being at a dealership so far away from our home, but Keith made us feel very comfortable. There were no loaner cars available but Keith arranged a ride to the nearest car rental office and we were able to get a car there until a loaner became available at Walter's. Within 2 days Keith called to let me know that he had a car available. Keith called my home to make sure I made it home alright that night and continued to check in to give me updates regarding my vehicle. I picked up my car yesterday and it is now running beautifully. Walter's has such a friendly environment and is exceptionally clean. I would definitely recommend Walter's Audi and especially Keith Marshall as a service advisor! Top notch. More

Excellent Service from Day one to Year EIGHT. I must admit. I don't have the luxury of having a brand new Audi, but my 2008 Model still brings a smile to my face and joy to my day. Walter's Service + Javier Juarez = SUPERIOR I have owned my Q5 for a little over 1 year, and today was the SUPERIOR service experience by far. While much of my maintenance coverage is through Au I have owned my Q5 for a little over 1 year, and today was the SUPERIOR service experience by far. While much of my maintenance coverage is through Audi Care, brakes were a mystery. Javier Juarez is to be commended for his thorough explanation of the warranty service and brake work that my car received. As a female consumer, I’m not interested in the pampering but rather a sincere and honest explanation of service. I’ll be making a “B” line to Javier for my next service appointment. No joke, Javier is genuine and took the time to “shoptalk”! Walter’s is smart for bringing Javier into the fold! Thanks, Javier!!!! More

She is the best person that would take care of your car service needs. Stacy had assisted me on the service of my A3 TDI and my wife's Q5 repeatedly. I am always pampered when I bring my car for service. Once Stacy knows what needs to be done, all I have to do is to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and wait for the loaner car for me to be able to continue with my business for the day. I would received several phone calls for updates and status of the vehicle in service. Once, the car is ready, another phone call to let me know that it is ready to be pick up, washed. She treats every car brought in for service as if it was her own. I am very fortunate to have Stacy Samuel working to the best interest of her clients interest.
