Great customer service is always appreciated! I was immediately met by a service advisor upon my arrival. I had an appointment and I was asked if I had any other concerns about my vehicle. I actually felt like a valued customer and not just a customer which made me feel very comfortable. I asked if I could have a loaner vehicle and it was ready for me.
