Johnny, I’d like to thank you for taking the time to post this review and I’d like to apologize again to you for what has occurred here. I know we have spoken several times recently and I admit that this is not the level of customer service we need to deliver. Although we cannot help the time in which it takes for a part to get here we should be able to keep our customer more well informed of the progress. Your Service Advisor became ill and we did not pick up the work well enough for him and yourself in his absence but that is no excuse for what occurred and we are very sorry. We have found that the great majority of our customers prefer the texting option but I can see now this is an opportunity to have our Advisors ask which method they would prefer from now on. I would still like to try to make this right with you if you if you don’t mind giving me a call to see what more we can do to correct our error.
