I took my 2021 Audi with 47,000 miles for its yearly oil change and maintenance check. My service advisor recommended that I do the 60k/6yr maintenance, for about $1,000. I did not believe the car needed th change and maintenance check. My service advisor recommended that I do the 60k/6yr maintenance, for about $1,000. I did not believe the car needed those items yet and they would be better suited to do next year. I just wanted the oil change and maintenance check, which I got for $388. The service took 75 minutes, I thought it was too expensive , and too slow for the amount of work done. The windshield was dirty after the complementary car wash. More

I bought our Audi Q5 up in the Minneapolis area. I live in Iowa. We had a situation that had to be fixed under warranty. I’ve never had better service than I have with the Audi dealership in Rochest I live in Iowa. We had a situation that had to be fixed under warranty. I’ve never had better service than I have with the Audi dealership in Rochester. They responded immediately and they had the car towed and I had a beautiful loaner car. They are very attentive and kept us appraised throughout the whole process. I will definitely buy my next Audi from the folks at Rochester Audi. More
