Jeff from their sales team confirmed by phone that this price included all taxes and fees. I didn’t move forward immediately, but over a week later another rep told me the deal was still available. Based on that assurance, I booked an appointment for **8/18 at 5:30 PM** and drove nearly **100 miles (2+ hours in traffic)** from Tracy to Rocklin. On the way, I confirmed with Nick that there would be “no surprises” and I was good to go. When I arrived, Nick told me the vehicle (MSRP \~\$57k) had just been sold. He then offered a “similar” one (MSRP \~\$59k), but the monthly lease quote was **\$311/month**—almost triple the original offer. His manager Brandon got involved but only repeated that since nothing was in writing, \$311/month was the best they could do. This came across as a classic **bait-and-switch** tactic: advertise an unrealistic price to bring customers in, then present something completely different once you arrive. After all the assurances and the long drive, I left very disappointed. If you plan to deal with this dealership, get everything in writing before making the trip. Based on my experience, the promises made over the phone and text were not honored, and the sales manager Brandon did not seem to take my concerns seriously nor treat customer with any dignity. In November of 2022 I called Saudi Rocklin about an Allroad I saw was on their lot. I was told it could be mine for $10,000 above msrp. I am aware that during covid due to supply issues things were up in price. I also did my homework and was aware that supply issues had been resolved throughout the entire auto industry. I told them I trust Audi to put the price on the cars and not their dealership, and I was unwilling to pay above msrp. especially 20% above. a week later I received a message that if I came down there “that day and that day only” I could purchase the car for msrp. that implied urgency is poor form on their part, as was trying to milk an extra 10k out of me. I purchased the car, and love the vehicle but after less than a year I realized that I did not need such a nice vehicle as I have a truck I drive for work. so I contacted my salesmen and asked if they would be interested in purchasing it back. I was told “absolutely, we like to take extra care of people that have purchased vehicles from us”. I said great it only has 3000k miles and is in mint condition. they said bring it in for an appraisal. so I drove the two hours to the dealership and was offered $11,000 LESS than trade in value. I expressed that it seems like a real low offer. I was asked what I wanted. I said I’d take $1,000 less than trade in. they said no but we’ll give you $49,000. I said but you just offered me $41,000 and now it’s $49,000. that didn’t feel good at all. was lowballed and then they raised the lowball to under market value all in the span of 10 minutes. at that point I wanted nothing to do with this dealership as it seems like I was being treated poorly, again. i drove two hours home and a week later decided I should just take the low offer as I don’t have a lot of time to deal with selling the vehicle. I contacted the sales rep and was told that since it’s been 9 days I need to bring it in for another appraisal. I explained it all not had another 100 miles on it and it’s in the same condition and that I don’t want to drive two hours and be lowballed again. I was told too bad that’s our policy. just want to share my experience with Audi Rocklin as I’m guessing they're Audi dealerships that care about their customers and aren’t trying to squeeze every last cent out of their clients. buyer beware, they do not care at all about their customers More

A simple check and advise service appointment with a road test is $225? And to come back with no findings. In my ownership of 10+ cars never have I had a dealership charge for that. HA Do you even read “your” mission stateme Good Afternoon, I will start by saying I am angry. “Unparalleled customer service” “Best in Class”??? HA Do you even read “your” mission statement? Terrible, non-existent communication from service writer (s) from Wednesday to Wednesday, 1 week in the shop and it was a 2 day job. Lack of quality control in mechanics bay, non-customer focused. Blatant disregard for property and safety. If I conducted business even a fraction of this way, our firm would have been DONE years ago. Still waiting for a call from the service writer, service manager after Saturday’s visit. Who is in charge? Staff learns how to conduct and perform from their upline. Can this dealership be trusted to return the vehicle to the condition in which it arrived? It’s not about the cost... it’s the treatment of property and lack of culpability. I decided to call Audi USA Customer Experience Center and speak to an advocate, since I wasn’t getting any communication from Audi Rocklin. I emplore you to report it to AUDI USA 1.800.00822-2834, if you have issues/concerns about a dealership. They say they are documenting each complaint/claim. Audi Rocklin has already been dishonest with me and passed the buck of responsibility. News flash, my time is just as important as your busy little staff. In fact, they/you wouldn’t have a position if it wasn’t for all the other customers that seek service from this dealership. What will you do? Will you fix the problem (s) ? Or is this just systemic poor business practices? Here are the 3 issues that need to be done/addressed. 1) My vehicle should be restored to its original condition. New equipment matching what I had, be it after- market et al should be installed. If NOT, a full refund of the service. 2) Locate my personal garage remote. Every day it isn’t in my position is a safety concern. You didn’t locate it or give it mindshare and denied I ever contacted you about it the day I picked up my car. Who checks in Loaners, didn’t they do a quality check, since this happens a lot, by the bucket of remotes I saw on Saturday. Reimbursement/purchase and install new Garage remotes 3) There is some kind overspray of red paint like substance on my driver’s side window, door panel and wheel well. It’s faint, and I only noticed when I detailed my car last Saturday when I left your dealership, because they didn’t even bother to wash it; it had rained on the days following me picking up the car from the dealership. As we have discussed, and you acknowledged, I am extremely detailed, that’s how I found the brake situation almost immediately. What was being sprayed in the mechanics bay? Was it parked outside for a week somewhere when it could have been near something/someone spraying during the windy days it was there? I am sure you will deny this happened, just like all the other issues. More
Brought my car in for an appt yesterday. I had called a week in advance because I had a nail in my tire. Wendy who is my new advisor told me they would have to look at it to see if the tire could be fixed week in advance because I had a nail in my tire. She told me they had a tire so on appt day I come to drop it off. They had no loner cars but I just needed to get it fixed. When I came in stood by her desk for 15 minutes and she never even looked up. There was nobody else standing in line. I'm sure she was busy but at least she could have acknowledged I was standing there. Finally a very nice gentleman named Matt helped me. We went out to look at the tire and he tells me that they don't repair tires. He wasn't sure if it needed a new tire. By this time I was frustrated and I said well you have a tire in stock since Wendy had told me that so just put a new tire on. I left and Matt said it should be done by noon. I got a call around 1pm saying they did not have a tire in stock. They would get one the next day. So of course I left it, 2nd day now without a car. Matt was very nice but my car was still not done until 4pm the 2nd day. This is the worst experience I have had at this location. At this time I Still don't know who my advisor is but hopefully it is not Wendy! More
I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Audi A4 from the dealership. Within the first month I had two fixes for the vehicle and I suspect the car was not properly inspected. Not okay for a CPO vehicle. I recommend to avoid buying used Audi’s from this dealership. Plus dealerships like Niello give you a 7 day worry free return policy if you are not happy with the used vehicle. I will never buy used from this dealership again and I would have been returning the vehicle in the first week if I had the option. More
