Service department of this dealership is absolutely terrible. I scheduled an appointment to have my Audi q7’s oil change and tire rotation. I live 100 miles from the dealership so I had my vehicle in t terrible. I scheduled an appointment to have my Audi q7’s oil change and tire rotation. I live 100 miles from the dealership so I had my vehicle in the dealship 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and the service representative told me approximately 2 hour wait time and I told him I would be waiting for it at the dealership. Well approximately 6 1/2 hours later the service representative told me my vehicle was finished. Then he proceeded to tell me “oh by the way your complimentary car wash didn’t get done because something was wrong with their car wash which was a total lie as I sat there and watched numerous cars come out being washed. This isn’t the 1st time I have sat and waited hours for my vehicle to get serviced at this dealership. I do like my Audi vehicle, but in the future I will not be returning to this dealership again. Oh and by the way as I sat in the dealership waiting area I witnessed numerous times as the car sales men talking behind customers backs with other employees which I felt was very unprofessional. Like I said earlier, I will not be returning to this dealership again. More
