Strong Audi has been servicing my SUV for the last two years and they have the best crew and customer service. Take any used vehicle to another shop for complete pre-purchase inspection. This one, and their 32-point inspection, lacks integrity. I purchased a $60,000 used car here that had severe paint issues o pre-purchase inspection. This one, and their 32-point inspection, lacks integrity. I purchased a $60,000 used car here that had severe paint issues on a car with 17,000 miles, found of course post sale, and the dealership didn’t even offer to look at it. They also promise things at the point of sale verbally, and don’t follow through post sale. Take your business somewhere that will be honest with you. I have included a photo that shows the details of the roof of the car. The entire roof looks like this. Don’t trust the overall rating of this dealership, the salesmen, or the GM.
