Don’t break down without an appointment! Car broke down. Called a tow truck. Called Strong Audi and told them I was having car towed to their location. They told me I could not tow the car th Car broke down. Called a tow truck. Called Strong Audi and told them I was having car towed to their location. They told me I could not tow the car there if I didn’t have an appointment. I asked when they next available appointment was and they said sometime next week. I begged and begged and finally got them to agree I could drop it at the dealer. When I arrived at the dealer I got the same spiel again. Evidently, they are not interested in helping people that are stranded. It didn’t matter to me that they couldn’t work on it for a few days but what am I supposed to do, tow it home and then tow it to the dealer a few days later? Next car will not be purchased from Strong. More
