I was disappointed in Audi Shrewsbury’s service. After hitting a pothole and having to replace both tires on the passenger side, my 2024 A-6 wobbled at speed so I took it to the dealer. They charg After hitting a pothole and having to replace both tires on the passenger side, my 2024 A-6 wobbled at speed so I took it to the dealer. They charged me $210 to look at it and $229.95 to do an alignment. As part of the evaluation, they determined that both wheels were damaged and offered to replace them for $3,500. They offered no alternatives. After I purchased the A-6 I bought four alloy wheels and four Michelin X-Ice snow tires for under $2,000. I found the Audi wheel offered online for @ $350. I also found a wheel repair service that an auto body man said provided excellent service. Audi Shrewsbury offered no alternative to their $4,000 recommendation. I’ve owned A-6’s since 2014 and they are outstanding automobiles. Unfortunately, the Audi maintenance department has priced themselves out of what a middle class customer can afford. I’m also disappointed that Audi would design a wheel that a 69 year old grandmother who’s a conservative driver would destroy in a pothole on a small city street where the speed limit is 25 mph. More
