I had a tire blowout on a highway late Friday afternoon. I called them and they were able to schedule me to come in the next day to replace the tire. Their ability to turn around that quickly to provide ser I called them and they were able to schedule me to come in the next day to replace the tire. Their ability to turn around that quickly to provide service was greatly appreciated. The service itself took exactly the amount of time they said it would. Well done!!!! More

I’m gonna really good experience at Audi Shrewsberry car was ready when I was promised and everything was done to it that I asked to be done only one thing that seems to be a mess is that they usually wash was ready when I was promised and everything was done to it that I asked to be done only one thing that seems to be a mess is that they usually wash the car and vacuum the car which for the second time in a row was not done I’m not sure if there’s been a policy change With how much you paid for service and how much your car cost every time you bring it in for service they should wash it and vacuum out the floor mats so that was a disappointment but overall they do a nice job and it’s good to have genuine Audi parts Know everything that needs to be done to your car to make it operate the way it needs to More
