Service was much better with the previous owners. We are at 85K miles with our A6 so we have had several experiences. The last service we were quoted $4400 for repairs most of which can either be del We are at 85K miles with our A6 so we have had several experiences. The last service we were quoted $4400 for repairs most of which can either be delayed or done less expensively elsewhere. The car while being serviced was supposed to be tracked with an app but it was never updated and there was little follow up from service which is short staffed. Also don’t expect to get a clean car back as it will be water spotted and the wheels half washed. One concern with this car is it will need an exhaust system replacement soon which never happened on our Volvos even after 200,000 miles. More
