Not Great Tony sold me a used 2014 Audi A6 in April 2018. He's a nice enough guy but admittedly doesn't care about selling lower-priced used cars (~ $30K) as he doesn't make much $ on them. As a first time buyer, I was hoping for a price reduction or AT LEAST service included...but ended up paying sticker price and even financed through Audi Financial (ugh, in hindsight I got handled easily). My experience didn't end there: I noticed a crack in the windshield as I drove home from the dealership and contacted Tony immediately; I expected a full windshield replacement since I was barely off the lot when it appeared, but all they did was fill in the crack, which will remain visible forever. My experience was by no means was terrible, but I cannot echo the "outstanding" and "excellent" reviews others wrote since I received less than outstanding and excellent; Audi of Shrewsbury maximized their return on my inexperience. Again, Tony is a nice guy but I'd avoid him if you're looking for a lower-priced used car and definitely stay away from this seasoned salesman if you're a first time buyer. More

Within minutes of arriving, the General Manager, George Sarkis had assembled a team of associates that would help and guide me throughout the car buying experience from start to finish. Toffy Thomas, Brand Specialist, was incredibly knowledgeable about the Audi brand and was able to explain all of the differences between models and graciously offered his time while I test drove 3 vehicles, not once did I feel rushed or like I could not ask a question, no matter how small it was. Once I was able to identify which model I wanted to purchase, Chris Gabresi, Finance Manager, went above and beyond to explain each dollar amount I was reviewing and each document I would be signing. You would think this level of attention to detail would be enough, but the entire team at Audi Shrewsbury was just getting started! David Davidian, Service Advisor, meticulously cleaned and detailed my new Q5, staying past the dealerships closing time to ensure my new Q5 was immaculate when I drove off in it. The level of transparency from each department and associate was astonishing. I cannot thank George, Toffy, Chris, and David enough for their immeasurable commitment to providing remarkable customer service. I had a very good impression on Audi Shrewsbury 4 years ago when I purchased my Audi Q7 there, smiles, good service,...., But things change very fast, Audi Shrewsbury is no longer the one it was before. Believe me, your vehicle shopping experience would be the worst one you ever got! two weeks ago, they promised a good price on a new vehicle and asked me put deposit, we signed the purchase order. one week later, they told me the car is ready and asked me to come in store to finish the paperwork. when we got there on last Sunday, they asked me to sign another financial form to do car loan which we had clearly rejected to do before signing the purchase order, and their general manager(George) agreed on that. Unfortunately, George was not there on Sunday, they said they would talk to George on Monday and get back to me. after that, one whole week has past, I had tried to reach them through email ,phone call, left message, but haven't got any followup......, nobody pick up the call, nobody get back to me. no one told me what they are going to do with the purchased order we signed. this just wasted my time, I am bitterly disappointed... I hope their high level manager could get the chance to read my comments here, I'm still waiting for them to reach me. further action will be taken if necessary. does anyone has contact information of Audi USA or Audi north america? I like Audi brand, don't want bad dealer behavior hurt Audi's reputation. More
