The very best car buying experience ever! This was the third Audi dealership that we visited. We were most unhappy with the experience of the other two. Our son in Texas had just gotten a new Q5 when we visited in January.. We had an opportunity to drive it and really liked it. After our experience with the other Audi dealers we started looking at other options. We were most interested in the BMW X3. Before we finalized that decision we thought that we would try one more Audi dealership. We thought that we had nothing to lose. As soon as we stepped inside your dealership we were greeted by Tony and felt very welcomed. We related to him a major concern regarding the car that we purchased. It had to fit in our garage. We have a historic home and the garage was limited in its size. Our 2007 Highlander just fit with a few inches on each side. Tony appreciated and understood our concern. Tonia and Tony offered to send a runner with a Q5 to our home In Fitzwilliam NH to try the actual car in our garage. John came with a car and we were able to try it in the garage. The deal was sealed. It truly eased as minds because we saw different numbers regarding the width online and we needed to be sure. The dealership went beyond our expectations. Tony had to find the car that we wanted. He made certain that we saw a car in the exterior color and the interior color that we selected. So that we could be sure. John met us at our home with our car and we were able to check it over and he then went with my husband to get it registered. Everything went smoothly. Tony’s focus was on our concern about the car fitting into the garage and not just about selling us a car. We appreciated that very much. We knew that we made the right choice.
