Short story, I’ve been driving Vol world. I would like to take a short moment to thank Hendrick Audi South Austin Texas Salesmen, Stanley Norwood. Short story, I’ve been driving Volkswagens and Audi’s new and used since the early 1980’s, and I have been fortunate to own a great number of these two manufactures automobiles, both in the USA and overseas while serving my country as an Army Soldier. This brings me to my point. Audi South has been without a question the BEST experience I’ve had while purchasing a used Audi period. Stanley Norwood, though young, went above and beyond to make sure the purchase was smooth and stress free. He even provided us with a full meal as we waited for the car to be prepared. Stanley Norwood had his hands full with me, I’m an old retired Combat Artillery Soldier, and being grumpy is my middle name. Stanley took it all in stride and presented me with a deal I couldn’t refuse. I can only give Stanley Norwood with his genuine personality a 5 STAR Rating, if it went hire, it would be a 10. I’d also like to thank Zach Zapata, Audi South Technologist for providing wonderful technical workarounds and support to allow me the ability to connect my iPhone to My-Audi-App® and Audi MMI® system. This was a seamless operation, and now I can hop in the car and go, music blasting from the Bang and Olufsen® Stereo system. I’m so happy with this purchase, that I will recommend my children and grandchildren to stop by this dealership when purchasing new or used Audi’s. I am in Austin Area, and shopping for new A4 lease The dealership will not deal over the phone or email, unless I physically walk into the showroom, which means spending 3-4 hours during a work day. I'v dealership will not deal over the phone or email, unless I physically walk into the showroom, which means spending 3-4 hours during a work day. I've not seen other Audi dealers setting this type of restrictions for customers. Overall very disappointing and non professional attitude. I was told by the sales person that it's strictly dealership's policy to deal in this manner to customers. Worst dealing that I've even seen from any car dealership. More
Had a great experience buying our eTron here. There were a few items wrong with the car, which were noted down and promised to be fixed at the first service. One issue was the Charging Door not closing properly after charging. Service rolls around and the service technician says its our fault the Charging Door doesn't close properly. Apparently we hit a rock on the road which caused the door not to close as it should. Luckily we had in writing that this was an issue when we bought it. We told Sherry this, but still it was our fault. It wasn't until we contacted the sales person, and asked him to walk over to Service and sort it out, that something actually happened. They wouldn't return my wife's calls and left us without a loaner for 11 days days. Sales Department - Great. Service department - no so. Feb 2024 More
