800 miles is a long way to travel for a car you haven't seen and i had to rely on Terry's description and assurances to decide that the car was right for me. Terry proved to be very accurate in his representations and he patiently answered my many questions regarding the vehicle displaying excellent product knowledge. On my arrival Terry was waiting to pick me up from the airport in the car which had been freshly cleaned and was if anything in better condition than he had described. He had printed out all of the service records and recall receipts and had them waiting for me on arrival at the dealership where he was very efficient in getting the necessary documentation completed and getting me back on the road in my new car with a minimum of fuss AND a full tank of gas! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Terry and Shearer Audi it was a pleasure doing business with them and well worth the long trip.! Thanks Terry, i love the car!! More

For service at Shearer/ Lewis: Make sure you ask for all the parts they replaced (they told me they were replacing 8 ignition coils, only replaced 3 and charged me for all of them- did I mention they were a recall item) For sales: I recently visited their dealership to look at an RS4, they clearly didn’t think I had the ability to buy it, proceeding to tell me it wasn’t on the lot. Sure enough, it was in the back of the lot under 3-4 inches of snow... All around bad business even with new ownership; don’t be fooled by the Shearer name, they have the same poor attitude that has been attached to this dealership for years. More
I was very impressed with Mike Hughes, the Sales Manager. I spent thirty minutes on the phone with him and bought my new Audi at the conclusion of the conversation. I received what I consider to be a fair price for my trade-in and a fair price for the new auto. Rick Hurlburt was extremely knowledgable and helpful when I picked the new Audi up a few days later. All in all buying the car was an easy experience handled in a most professional manner by Mike and Rick. I would buy another car from them in a minute and will recommend them and the dealership to my friends. More
