This dealership is amazing because they made sure my customer experience was awesome. They threw in the extras I asked for and made the the car buying process… dare I say, fun?! When I mentioned I would not pay the extra 1500 dollars in extras that were already on the car, they removed it immediately! Great dealership, nice salesman and sales manager, as well as the lady who helps you sign the papers (forgot her title/name). Come to this dealership!! More
Beyond terrible customer service in the parts department. I walked in to ask for windshield wipers for my S5. I am given a quote that is nearly 50% higher than a nearby Audi dealership in OC. The gentleman refused to price match and said that this location's profit margin has to be higher and they cannot match a price listed directly on an official Audi dealer website. Also, your phone number listed on the Audi South Coast website for the parts department doesn't connect and says this number is out of service, you might want to fix that. You lost a customer not only for a small part such as windshield blades but also any chance of me bringing my S5 in for service. Will happily take my car to Audi Fletcher Jones. More
I purchased a 2018 Audi Q7 from Audi South Coast in November 2024 with approximately 93,700 miles. Only 1 month after the purchase, the engine failed, causing severe shaking and making the vehicle undr November 2024 with approximately 93,700 miles. Only 1 month after the purchase, the engine failed, causing severe shaking and making the vehicle undriveable. In November 2025, the same major engine issue happened again. The dealership did not disclose any prior engine problems, and the CARFAX they provided showed no issues. I believe the vehicle had an undisclosed pre-existing mechanical defect at the time of sale.
