I took my Q7 for a 30,000 mile checkup and I cannot be more pleased with Moe's wonderful customer service at South Coast Audi. I was able to drop off and pick up a lender within 15 minutes. I’ve used Audi South Coast for service since I bought my Audi there 7 years ago and always felt they’ve delivered good service. Alexander was very helpful, explained things in detail, kept me well informed, and offered me transportation while my car was at the dealer. All of those things are important, but what struck me the most was that Alexander was kind. And if you ask me that’s the most important quality to possess.
