Shortly after I bought my 2013 Audi A6 sedan (from Commonwealth Certified Pre-Owned), I took it into the service department because the leather on the right side of the driver seat cushion was coming Commonwealth Certified Pre-Owned), I took it into the service department because the leather on the right side of the driver seat cushion was coming loose. I was told that this is normal wear and tear and they would continue to monitor the seat. First of all, if this is normal wear and tear, the entire seat cushion should've been coming loose, not just the right side (I don't drive the car with anything in my back pockets that could have caused this problem). Secondly how are they going to "monitor" the seat? Does that mean I have to bring the car in on a regular basis so they can inspect the seat? Several days later, I decided to take my car to Newport Beach Audi to have them look at the seat and give me their opinion. Both the service rep who assisted me (Tony) and the service manager (Rick) inspected the seat. Rick agreed that the leather did not come loose due to normal wear and tear and agreed to replace the entire leather cover. Both Tony and Rick were very pleasant and have definitely won my future business as a customer. This was my first negative experience with Commonwealth Audi. Also, the service team that I encountered at this dealership looked very unhappy. Nobody was smiling and absolutely nobody greeted me when I drove up to the service bay. During this visit, I asked the service advisor if he could suggest a facility that could lower the suspension. His response to me was that he could not give me any information for liability reasons. I'm not asking him to do any work on the suspension I was just asking if he had any recommendations on a shop that could do so. Geez!! Finally, after they were finished looking at my car, a young kid (punk) came over to me in the waiting area and actually dropped my keys on the table I was sitting at, without acknowledging me or a single word to me. I kid you not!! I actually had to ask him if my car was ready and he just nodded his head. My mistake at this point was not complaining to the service manager or the general manager of the dealership. I actually left there regretting my decision to buy an Audi from this dealership, as much as I like my car. Second negative experience with this dealership occurred 2 1/2 weeks ago when I went to their parts department to buy touch-up paint. After searching for the color I needed, the parts guy said he would order it and call me when it came in. He took down my name and telephone number but did not write the color I needed. A week and a half went by without receiving a phone call from the dealership (does it really take that long to order touch-up paint?) so I went back into the dealership to inquire about this. Another guy at the parts counter could not find the paint that was supposedly ordered for me so he said he would look into it and would call me when it came in. A week later, I received a phone call that the paint had arrived and I could pick it up. To make a long story short, when I went in this morning to pick it up the paint, they could not locate it. After keeping me waiting 15 minutes they finally found it. Summary: I will not set foot in Commonwealth Audi again and now am a future customer Newport Beach Audi, where the service is superior. Note: I will say that Commonwealth Audi did a great job washing my car and returned it to me spotless. More

Took my car here for one of the bigger "scheduled maintenance" with a few other minor fixes. The office looks good and the staff are polite, but the work quality is best described with sloppy. The tr maintenance" with a few other minor fixes. The office looks good and the staff are polite, but the work quality is best described with sloppy. The trigger to this review is that scratched the bumper of my car and did not tell me when I went to pick it up. It was a minor scratch and they managed to buff it up with little evidence left after I pointed it out. If I didn't notice the scratch before leaving the dealership, then they would have blamed it on me. I won't bring my car to this dealership again. Other comments: i) I had my cars serviced at three Audi dealerships, and this was the only one that did not give any report after a major maintenance. No report on tire pressure. No report on the brakes. Everything in that large maintenance checklist is lumped into one long but uninformative entry on the bill. The service adviser promised to mail a more detailed report but the mail never arrived after more than a month. ii) They offered to change the brake pads for me even though the maintenance lights were not yet on. That's okay, the brakes were at the last months of their lifetime and it saved me a trip. Still, any shop that offers to replace the brakes before they're really needed feels greedy. iii) They offered to put a back panel back for me at no charge. They did it with glue gun and the panel fell out again the moment I drove off their lot. That's okay, glue gun is easy to clean up, and I could glue it much better myself. iv) They did check everything I asked for, although one problem I mentioned didn't exist and they still came back to me with a price to fix it. I actually remembered it wrong and the problem was with another car, but I'm not taking any car here for service again. v) I think they have all these problems because they're busy and someone's trying to maximize the profit. Came here shopping for an A6 CPO. The test drive was alright. The sales was kind of pushy and was in denial of the problems discovered during the test drive. He wasn't knowledgeable about the market prices either. With his denial of the car's problems and the refusal to bring the price closer to the market range, I shopped else where for my car. More

My first experience was to purchase an A3 TDI, they could not get the options I wanted nor get competitive with their pricing. I purchased one from a different dealer soon thereafter. My first service requirement was at 5,000 miles, I drove in hoping to drop it off and return a few days later. I was told I had to make an appointment. I said I could leave it, they said no I could not. My wife called that day for an appointment, she arranged to have me drop it off in two days. I drive up to the service department, I sat there for about ten minutes, no one came out to greet me. I go inside were they were standing around talking. I asked one of the service reps why nobody came outside, he said they were really busy. If you want good pricing and service go somewhere where they care! More
I found an A-3 of interest online last night with questions about vehicle (s) and background as to my budget. Received an auto reply from Fitzsimmons, followed by salesy voice mail. Communication nev questions about vehicle (s) and background as to my budget. Received an auto reply from Fitzsimmons, followed by salesy voice mail. Communication never concerned info provided. I sent followup email to ask Fitzsimmons if he was planning on getting back to me -- dead air, nothing. Please forward lack of communication to gm. Internet sales should take communication as number 1 priority. Otherwise, what's the point? More
Adrian is the worse service guy that I had been through, no responses even though you left the voice mails many days (you are lucky if he picked up the phone), every time you took the car in, you will have no responses even though you left the voice mails many days (you are lucky if he picked up the phone), every time you took the car in, you will have to expect at least 2 weeks or more to get your car back, and issues are not even fixed. A technician named "Steve" is unbelievable rude too. There was poor communication, and a lack of pre-authorization for services there. More
waiting for over an hour to get a loaner car, and people are both rude and indifferent. We bought our car here and were very happy with the sales side. We brought our Q7 in for a service and also for a couple of small problems. The first time was a great experience. Our service rep was great! Ho side. We brought our Q7 in for a service and also for a couple of small problems. The first time was a great experience. Our service rep was great! However, they did not resolve all of our issues. We continued to have problems and we brought it back to them for our second service. This is when things went completely wrong. We had made an appointment prior to coming in and asked for a loaner car. Previous visit we received one in about 30 minutes. This time we waited for 4 hours! They kept saying it was coming. While we were waiting we looked and test drove some of the other cars considering trading to an A4. Mostly we were killing time while waiting for the loaner car. We believe that they made us wait for the loaner so that they could 'sell' us another car. The price they came back with was ridiculous. By this time we were so upset about waiting for 4 hours that we wouldn't have traded even if it was a good deal. After 4 days of them having our Q7 they said they couldn't find the problem, even though one of the problems they previously said was a known problem. Since getting our car back we continue to have the same problems and they have become worse. We are now going to another Audi dealership to see if we can get this resolved. While this dealership is nice and clean and new and they have great coffee and some of the personnel were sympathetic, having to wait and feeling that it was one purpose and not having our issues resolved was just too much. Not going back! More
