My experience at Commonwealth Audi was fantastic. Darko was closing another sale as I arrived. He ensured that I was comfortable and kept be abreast of when he would be with me. Not only did we look at the inventory on the lot, he even double checked the inventory in the computer to make sure we didn't miss something. Lo and behold, the car I bought we found on the computer inventory. I had pretty much made a decision as to what model I was buying. Darko found that model 1 year newer and with several thousand less miles on it than what I had found on the lot. We hunted this car down...it was perfect. My car was due for its first service @ 5k miles, and I was also having some steering wheel problems. I read a review on Richard by another Audi owner and it called my attention because the customer spoke so highly of him, so I gave it a try for two reasons: One because it is conveniently located close to my home, and second, because of Richard. This service trip to Commonwealth Audi has been a good one. From the moment I scheduled the appointment to the day after I picked up my car, Richard was very helpful - getting me a loaner to get to/from work, he was very informative, and he also called the day after to follow up on the repair. I must say that all the work was performed under warraty, so I only hope that my future trips to this dealership will be as good. Thanks Richard! More
