Alexander Hamlin is a wonderful service advisor! I have worked with him in the past as well and he is always very courteous and attentive. My car had several issues and he worked very diligently to I have worked with him in the past as well and he is always very courteous and attentive. My car had several issues and he worked very diligently to get everything covered under warranty etc. there was one repair which was recommended but not covered and he explained the issue and my options and was not pushy at all.
