I recently had minor maintenance done and ordered a new key fob at the Audi dealership. The entire experience was excellent—easy to schedule with helpful reminders, and the day-of service was timely and we key fob at the Audi dealership. Zero stars would be too generous. Nothing but issues with the service department. Management won't return phone calls. We purchased new from them in 2019 - what a mistake. If you're a fan of the arrogant good 'ol boys club that is what you'll find here. Their employees are disrespectful and rude. It starts with their GM Austin who won't return calls and trickles down to the service and finance department. On a prior service appointment my car was there a few days and one of their staff drove my car 63 miles. No one could ever explain it. Excuses after excuses but never the truth. The sales people are courteous but believe me, it ends there. Yesterday when we picked up our car, our service advisor Kyle didn't have our car at the agreed upon spot and refused to take us to the car and go over the paperwork. What an immature little snot. We had also inquired about an extended warranty. Six days and no return call from Mary the finance lady. Guess what Kyle and Mary? Your service is non existent. Easy choice for to move to another brand and dealership. Oh...and the cash you offered is for our car because your dealership wanted it...bummer for you. We sold it for 6k more than your 'great deal' at another dealership. You won't survive wirh all your crappy reviews. More
