Audi Spokane - Service Center

I was double charged for the fuel / oil filters and oil @ the 20,000 mile service. These are listed as included in the base price of the service, then were added again as secondary parts and labor charges. N the 20,000 mile service. I have not had good interactions every time I go to audi. The communication is very difficult between customer and dealership. Worst I’ve ever seen!! Several complaints… We were waiting for a call back concerning a part for weeks! And we did follow up every few days We brought our car in with 3 things wrong that we told them about ( reason for the concerning a part for weeks! And we did follow up every few days We brought our car in with 3 things wrong that we told them about ( reason for the service) , yet they needed to diagnose all three for almost $600… We’re told other things needed to be serviced at an outrageous cost… just had all done for 1/4 of the price locally… Best experience is that we brought car in because side mirrors didn’t work. They diagnosed that ($), ordered a part and when I picked up the car the mirrors still didn’t work… needed another part that they neglected to disclose until I was picking up the car… I live about 2 hours away … so, drove home with mirrors that still didn’t work. Absolutely no follow through…no pride in their work… awful service, never going back! More
