This dealer ship has had its issues managing the service department the last few years. I was unorganized and that caused issues with parts not being ordered, 6 week waits for a simple oil change and it cau department the last few years. I was unorganized and that caused issues with parts not being ordered, 6 week waits for a simple oil change and it caused the employees to be upset. In the past few months Kyle has come in and done what 3 prior service managers and 2 GMs couldn’t and that is actually fix the issues and develop a new culture again. I finally had a true Audi service experience this past weekend. Well done to Kyle for bringing your A game and getting it right there. More
