Friendly knowledgeable staff. Service was quick and easy and they provided a shuttle service free of charge. My only issues was with regard to communication. I was having 40k service which included a full point inspection, spark plugs and oil change. When I picked up the vehicle, they added a “battery service”. From my perspective all they had to do was check to make sure my battery was good. In fact, it was replaced last fall and was over $500 which is ridiculous. Anyway, this service trip they added some anti corrosion pads to the battery terminals. When I asked the advisor why the additional $35 charge, he just told me the battery needed those. I reminded him the battery was recently changed and why were they not put on at that time. He told me the anti corrosion pads are not part of the battery replacement service and is an additional charge. Autonation is overpriced and does nickel and dime charges which are hidden in your bill. Always check your service paperwork before paying. He was nice and deleted the charge since it was not explained or authorized. More

I visited for a service and multi-point inspection. I did the early bird drop off and as I pulled up they opened the bay door for me and took my car back right away. I asked about some work that would I did the early bird drop off and as I pulled up they opened the bay door for me and took my car back right away. I asked about some work that would have cost around $1,500 more than I pause. They looked into it and advised I didn’t need that work done. I am grateful they were honest. The service was done very quick and the rep was in contact with me through the service. Great experience, will definitely return. More
