Audi Spokane - Service Center

We took my wife's car in because after her 100k service we noticed some issues, felt like something was rubbing up against the tires and the steering wheel when you turned it to either side felt like it wa we noticed some issues, felt like something was rubbing up against the tires and the steering wheel when you turned it to either side felt like it was rubbing up againstsomething. It never did this until after the 100k service and they couldn't find anything of course. Her car is has had all its service done here and today they tried blaming it on the fact her car is lowered and has after market equipment. This is first time we've been a little dissatisfied. More

I schedule my wife’s SQ5 for service around 8500 miles, was told a loaner would be available during software updates since they take a while. She sat and waited from 8am till 2pm for her car to be done wi was told a loaner would be available during software updates since they take a while. She sat and waited from 8am till 2pm for her car to be done with absolutely no communication about a loaner vehicle or status of how long things would take. Service department has no customer connection skills and this experience was horrible to say the least. I would recommend getting serviced done here on used or new Audi’s with this sort of treatment. We did not buy the vehicle from the dealership, we only have this option for service since we live 2 hours away. I would rather make the trip to Boise Audi for service where we bought the car, they are stellar with how they do business. Audi Spokane could learn a few things from Audi Boise dealership on correct service and communication. More

I took my car in for the 20k mile service. Because I live over an hour away usually just stay in the customer waiting area. The staff are friendly and professional. It actually took closer to three, but I’m not upset about that. I would like to suggest that they consider offering some kind of snack though for customers that are there for a few hours. I’ve been to other Audi dealerships that offered that, and I really appreciated that. More

My wife dropped off her Audi for oil change and 100k service and possible tire rotation. Everything was good, only weird thing was they didn't rotate her tires because they didn't have a key?? I needed my fuel tank dropped to put a failed sensor in. I was told pretty much all day to complete the task. I was bummed, but it needed to be done. Kyle kept me informed and I appreciated that. To my ecstatic surprise, the sensor ended up being on the outside, so I received a text after only 90 minutes that said it was completed and ready to pick up. I met with Jacob (there are 2, but I don’t know how to differentiate other than the Jacob whose desk is right next to Kyle’s) and he had my key for me. He kindly walked with me to my A5 in case I had questions. Jacob’s service is outstanding! The most helpful, patient & respectful person I’ve met at Audi and everyone is extremely helpful, so that means something. I absolutely love the video at the end that the Tech creates, going over everything that was done with additional feedback. Ive been here twice and I have zero complaints. More
