We have had my wifes EOS serviced at Autonation for the last 8 years they have always done a great Job. This last December's snow storm the EOS got stuck and long story short we now need a new DSG transmi last 8 years they have always done a great Job. This last December's snow storm the EOS got stuck and long story short we now need a new DSG transmission. I have always told my friends and colleges to use the factory dealerships for service their techs are factory trained and know the product inside and out. Out of due diligence I did get a quote on the transmission from a reputable independent VW shop they were more than twice the $$ as Autonation VW. Mike and Brycen went out of there way to get the Eos back on the road even provided a loaner car as the new transmission had to be shipped in. I'm a customer for life and will always recommend them More

I brought my car in for an synthetic oil change and wiper blade change. I was very pleased with the new service department and the warm welcome that I received.
