I took my car in for computer issues with crank and oil sensors in March 2022. It already had new sensors for both. I was told they were both bad. After several calls about the status of my car, I rece sensors in March 2022. It already had new sensors for both. I was told they were both bad. After several calls about the status of my car, I received it back (with the check engine light still on) The middle of October with new sensors and I was told that the problem was the wiring so sensors were just an added expense. I was still charged 85% of the repair bill after waiting SEVEN MONTHS for the vehicle. More
I brought my car in for a recall. In the weeks leading up to my appointment I tried to call the service desk to talk about additional things I needed done/looked at. No matter time of day or day of week I was never able to get a hold of anyone. Even after leaving messages I did not get a return call. I brought it in for the appointment and was clear about the other things I needed checked (leaking strut and MMI questions). During the work they were doing while they were 1/2 way through they found a part they wanted to replace. They called but did not leave a message so I had no idea. They told me when I called in to ask for status on the car. By that time they had already put it back together and to replace it I would have to pay for the labor to pull the front off again. I was out of town and asked them if they could keep my car. They had my car for 5 extra days. Imagine my surprise when I got to it and they did not even look at the other issues! They asked me to bring it back the next day. Poor communication and poor service all around. More
I showed up expecting to drop my car off after scheduling a month out. When I showed they were busy checking in a gable of customers. He was gracious to allow me to still drop it off as they might be able to find time to identify an issue I had been experiencing with some electronic gremlin causing my cruise control to go out. They had it for most the day and I was getting worried close to closing if it was ready and called to check in. It was difficult to get through to someone as I imagined they were with customers so I kept trying. Luckily I was able to get ahold of someone that confirmed it was ready. They were able to quickly identify the issue and make the correction. They saved me a ton of money. Thank you! More
We had our car listed on craigslist for sale, dealer texted us a message with an offer. Offer was close to what we wanted but upon inspection the dealer gave us more. Our service representative was fantastic Jacob was very helpful and informative helped us with all of questions even went to the parts department with us all I can say is Jacob made both my wife and I want helpful and informative helped us with all of questions even went to the parts department with us all I can say is Jacob made both my wife and I want to come back. Pretty crappy service, ordered a replacement key for my car, they said they ordered one but when I called 12 days later the service guy said , oh I was on vacation , but I will order one now...... then I w car, they said they ordered one but when I called 12 days later the service guy said , oh I was on vacation , but I will order one now...... then I waited another 7 days and called back to check and see the status , and try to make an appoinment to have the key matched to the car, only to be put on hold multiple times and hung up on. several times. these clowns still havent called me and its been over a month since first ordering the key. I wasnt waiting after the first several calls to the circus over in spokane audi, and actually shipped my car to audi boise where I recieved first class service, Thank you sam: you are a rock star! they had a key in days and treated me right. spokane audi sucks just read they reviews More
