I schedule a service appointment 4 months in advance not because I wanted to do it 4 months in advance but because they were 4 months backed up for my etron to do a battery recall. Apparently the battery recall takes like a month and a 1/2 they promise me a loaner at that time obviously I'm gonna need a loaner if I don't have a car for a month and a 1/2. I stop by earlier this week and buy a wiper and verified my appt date of today at 9am and ask could I get the new etron as a loaner because I'm considering buying one and would like to drive it. Gal at the service desk said it's out with another client but if it is here certainly so. Today I make time out of my work schedule and come in promptly at 9 AM for my long standing appointment. The male service advisor at the counter will barely make eye contact with me and look up from whatever he's doing when I come in to drop my car off, proceeds to tell me let me check into the service loaner so I wait about 10 minutes. Then he comes out and tells me I don't have any service loaners at all you're gonna have to come back in 2 weeks for your appointment. This of course infuriates me, wasting my day, my time and 4 months or so I waited for the stupid appointment in the 1st place. Absolutely complete s*** customer service. I might as well try a different Audi dealership cause this one sucks or buy a different brand cuz these guys don't give a s***. What's even worse is I worked at this dealership for 15 years previously and took great pride in service when I was there! More

Terrible customer service. Worst I have experienced, in fact I was going to buy another Audi, but will not due to the terrible lack of service displayed by their staff. When I arrived I was not greeted for the first 5 minutes, as 1 of the service writers was with another a customer and the other was too busy typing a work order into his computer to even acknowledge that a customer had walked in. After 5 minutes he finally said “we will be right with you”. After waiting patiently and quietly for another 5 minutes (the other writer during this time had wrapped up with a customer and went to typing into his computer without saying anything). I then asked, “I have an 830 appointment, can I just leave my keys”. Finally the original service writer who was too busy typing to help me said how can I help you. (Other service writer didn’t even look up from his screen). I had called the General Manager after the experience to share my frustration, and still have not received a call back. When I picked up the car same thing, same 2 service writers in their own world typing into the computers, thankfully a lady came up after again waiting for 5-10 minutes in silence to help me. Gave me my paperwork, had me sign and that was it, didn’t even review the notes on my paperwork. I can’t believe how terrible my experience was. Having my own businesses where the customer experience is paramount in a competitive world and repeat business is everything. These individuals would not work for me tomorrow. Terrible experience, I wish their was another Audi option in our area. More
I have owned Audis for 20 years and have been using this dealer for as many years. Last week was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I took my car in on a Friday morning for an oil change and some dealer for as many years. Last week was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I took my car in on a Friday morning for an oil change and some other diagnostics. I never received a status phone call. On Monday I started calling them. I called 2 times per day Monday through Thursday. NOONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! How does a company do business like this? I left a message on Tuesday. No Call. I actually called the parts department on Thursday and got a real human who I asked to deliver a message to the service department asking them specifically to call me. No Call. I finally went on Friday with the intent to pick up the car in whatever state it was in. The oil had been changed and the other work was estimated. I don't understand how my car can be serviced and then apparently be forgotten about and even more frustrating is how I had to actually go to the dealer to get the status of my car repair because they don't answer phone calls. More
My Gas door would not open and my tank was almost empty. The staff here gave me a walk in and within an hour they replaced the actuator pin and I was on my way. They take excellent care of the cars. Facilities are very clean. I like that they will book you a ride share so you can get to where you need to quickly. I am in month 5 of trying to get an issue resolved with a sensor malfunction in my 2019 Q5. In August, following a transmission failure and repair at Seattle Audi in July. I returned to Spokane and called th sensor malfunction in my 2019 Q5. In August, following a transmission failure and repair at Seattle Audi in July. I returned to Spokane and called the Audi Service Department for several days, only getting to a voicemail, leaving a message, and not getting a return call. I finally had to call the sales department to get to someone in the service department. It took several weeks to get in. When I picked up my car at the first stoplight the issue started again, turned around went back, was told they would research it and, call me within the week. Two weeks later no call and no answer when I called. This pattern repeated until I was able to get the car in for the testing. They had the car for a week and when they reached back out they had not done the things they said they would. I had to schedule a third time for more diagnosis and annual service. They had the car for several more days. At this point to get responses required a drive to the dealership. When I was finally able to connect with the service manager there was not any empathy or understanding of my experience and the lack of communication and resolution. They did the annual service the car when I picked it up the rear wiper blade was missing and a piece of the shroud was hanging down, another trip to get it fixed, and then one more because they installed the wrong size wiper blade. And the original issue is not resolved, waiting to hear about parts and there is not a definitive answer that this $1200 repair will resolve the issue and I have not had any communication for over three weeks. I purchased my car in part because of the support I was told I would get. I have lost confidence in the service department and am at the point of selling my car. I understand the labor shortage, supply chain shortage, I am empathetic to the pressures the staff is under, however, communication and responsiveness can go a long way. At this point and I am extremely disappointed in the way I have been treated and that my issue is not resolved. More
