We sat for over four hours in a freezing showroom, waiting on multiple staff to get organized and finish our paperwork. This process was after we had already closed on the deal. Final cost was done and we had filled out our credit app, Prior to coming into the facility. We waited on Credit, we waited on the trade evaluation, which had already been settled, sales people walking back-and-forth between BMW and Audi for single pieces of paper multiple times. It was so unorganized and frustrating. We dealt with Nick who did not do a thorough job in explaining the new features of her car. Customers do not have four hours to sit in freezing air-conditioned showrooms waiting on paperwork to filter itself between dealerships. This was a terrible experience. More
