After getting a crazy expensive quote for the cost of repairs my service guy John Wagers was able to work with his manager to give me a significant discount, likely due to the good relationship I've developed with the people there over the years. At the same time I was working with Melissa Meier in the sales group to explore options to get me in a newer vehicle. She was very professional, patient and was able to meet all of my criteria for a vehicle. In the end I traded in my A4 and drove away in a new Q5! The team there was very compassionate towards my unfortunate situation and made what could've been a very stressful experience into a pleasant one. More
