Tom Frisch is great at interpreting my vague descriptions of what I think my car needs, and he's been a big help in making decisions about what to do and when, given how I drive and the car's age. I've called him a couple of times with questions, and if he wasn't right there, he called me back in minutes. I took my car to another shop just once, many years back, and that was enough to send me back to Maplewood. They are honest and ethical, and I trust Tom's advice completely. I also appreciate the free loaners when my car needs to be in the shop for the day. Though I bought a used car 12 years ago, everyone at Maplewood treats me like I own the priciest new car in the Audi line. I recommend them highly. More
