We went to (nearly) every high end (Audi, BMW, Lexus, Ininity, etc.) Frim Marin to Livermore to Concord. We came back to Audi SC specifically because of Hamid. Not at all surprised about his retail background. Regarding Audi, although I never considered them, I have been captivated by the Volkswagen (“sound of silence”) commercials. They are brillliant and we started at VW before choosing Audi as a higher brand. More

We had to make two trips because the sales manager was unwilling to come down on the pric The salesman (Zabi) was very helpful, as was his assistant. We had to make two trips because the sales manager was unwilling to come down on the price at all the first day, which was disappointing. But in the end everything was worked out to our satisfaction. One observation: While we were waiting for our turn with Wayne Wallace, Zabi's manager came onto the sales floor and in a very loud voice berated Zabi for not knowing where envelopes containing owner's manuals were kept. Everyone in the area turned to look, and it was rather embarrassing. Such comments should be made privately, not in front of customers, so that the employee won't feel humiliated. More
