One observation: While we were waiting for our turn with Wayne Wallace, Zabi's manager came onto the sales floor and in a very loud voice berated Zabi for not knowing where envelopes containing owner's manuals were kept. Everyone in the area turned to look, and it was rather embarrassing. Such comments should be made privately, not in front of customers, so that the employee won't feel humiliated. More

Purchasing my Audi A8 I contacted the dealership last year to see what new features the 2019 A8 would have. I own a 2014 A8 purchase at this dealership and had a good exper I contacted the dealership last year to see what new features the 2019 A8 would have. I own a 2014 A8 purchase at this dealership and had a good experience with that purchase so they were my first choice. I also looked at the Mercedes S560 4Matic but the interior of the Audi was much nicer. The dynamic all wheel steering g and the predictive suspension make the car handle like a much smaller vehicle. It is quite nimble compared to the 2014 model. My sales associate, Mark Schroeder, took the time to explain these features and answer my questions. This resulted in a very positive buying experience. Additionally, he has followed up after the sale and offered to be available to answer any questions going forward. L More
