Awesome and Fantastic Experience First of all, we’re greeted nicely and friendly approached by Frank Garcia, took us for a tour and showed couple of my wanting/liking as far as color. Second, we’re escorted to meet Cassandra Crawford who’s very professional looking upon greeting me and my sister at her office desk. She just went straight to the point, very knowledgeable, works superb and full of energy, and felt a quick connection as if I’ve known her before. Thirdly, from the young lady to test drive, Wayne to complete the paperwork, and Erick to give his best to demonstrate how to get to know the vehicle everyone just so kind and patient to me and made me feel so welcomed. Excellent job to ALL!!! More

Good CPO selection, cliche used car sales tactics Nice selection of CPO vehicles. But the sales staff was not entirely transparent about the vehicle histories (every single one was gently used by an o Nice selection of CPO vehicles. But the sales staff was not entirely transparent about the vehicle histories (every single one was gently used by an older person to get groceries and was returned in perfect condition needing no mechanical repairs, and they can't find the CPO certification sheets...really?) and knew very little about the car configurations and pricing. Test drives revealed some potential issues with the cars and the things didn't add up so I got cold feet. Before leaving, she got other sales people to pressure me with cliche used-car sales tactics before getting a manager to come out and turn up the pressure and passive-aggressive insults to 10. I looked at a Corvette a few months back and experienced the same treatment at a Chevy dealership, but it was surprising to see this at Audi. I won't return to buy a car here. More
