Usually the process is painful and can take up to 8 hours. I was in and out in 3 hours and every person that helped me was very friendly. They even took time to show me all the cool tech in the vehicle while paperwork was processing. The car was fully detailed and waiting for me once I finished signing papers. Such a great experience!
