Happy customers: Andrei and Jana made the difference !! When we started the search for an SUV we wanted to stay within the BMW family since we own a Mini and overall is a great commuter car. The BMW dealerships that we visited were clearly not interested in our business, I then went to the a link that my work benefits provide and filled out an inquiry for an SQ5. I received several offers and Stevens Creek was not part of those in the list. I had received some emails and I received a call that was very clear. Come in, meet Andrei and let him offer you something better. Right! That is their line... the difference: he actually did! He not only provided a better unit but was very understanding around our budget. He had many other customers and not once was he dimissive or in a rush. Jana did our paperwork and she seem to care and be excited for us. She also walked us to the car and made sure someone was looking after us. There is only one thing that I would do different, when purchasing a new car you should have someone walk you thru the features and how to, regardless of you have another car with the same... what we were told was pretty intuitive is not and we have been struggling to do something as basic as connect our phone to the car. This is nothing that has to do with the dealership, but rather us as customer trusting that we could, For a new Audi.,. Only one place in the Bay Area... Stevens creek Audi!!! More
