Sales experience good Sales people were good although I needed more time to become familiar with all the new technology. When I had continuing problem pairing my new Q5 w Sales people were good although I needed more time to become familiar with all the new technology. When I had continuing problem pairing my new Q5 with my garage door opener, I had to leave message with a service department for 2 days just to get a return call to discuss the problem and a possible solution. The automated telephone system is terrible for trying to find a particular person in the system. Never getting a call back from the service department, prompted me to email Ernie Larios who had given me his card when he helped me the first time I drove into the service department seeking help. After an exchange of emails ,I drove to the dealership again and after Ernie did some magic with fuse removal and pairing and instructions ,I was able to return home and pair the garage door finally. Now after a enjoy frustrating 2 weeks after my purchase, I can finally enjoy my new car. Regards Fred and Donna Hirai More
Can not explain a 2 + week oil change... I would love to give them more stars, honestly! I had an appt Feb 6th to bring my older model Audi in for 100K service, plus look into possible tire rotation, brake pads/ rotors, a rear brakelight out, and a "locked seatbelt". The communication with my Service Rep was initially spot-on, I'd send a text, "they" would reply via email (which turns into a text) within the hour. Then days go by, then one week. Then two. Now 16 days in, and "maybe" you'll have your car back today, but no guarantees. First it was "we don't have the correct tail light part", then "we don't have the proper weight of oil onhand", and the clincher. " WE HAVE TO CUT YOUR SEAT BELT OUT. " xxx?! No. I sent them the information on the SeatBelt Restore company that redid the belts in a custom color last year.... did they contact that company? NO. I phoned SBR myself to find out about an "engaged / deployed canister" and how to disassemble, send to SBR, and have it refurbished. Dealership won't follow through on this, so I will receive my car back with the rear seat still "down" and belt "locked". I now have an aftermarket shop that will be able to jimmy under there and get the canister out.... Please, for the love of God, I just want my car back. It's been over 2 weeks! I realize bits and pieces are hard to get for an older model, but ya THINK they would have diagnosed that on day ONE, ordered it all, arrives in a few days (it's either LA or Sac for most items), put them in, do the rest of the service, and get me on my way. I've had cars serviced here before with no hiccups. Can not explain this one. I am texting each morning "Hey, good morning, any update?" and and entire 24 hours ++ will go by with no reply. "Oh, it was my 2 days off" was the first excuse. Today, no excuse, nothing. They are still looking at an ABS light that won't turn off. This has been the "status" for over 2 days. I better not be CHARGED for that amount of time. I clearly gave the "OK" on a very small punchlist of items, but this is dragging on with no apology whatsoever. I've owned a half dozen Audis and have been on the Board of the local Audi Club, and never in 18 years of Audi ownership experienced such POOR communications and clearly a lack of planning on their part to actually get "everything they need" to complete what should have been at most a 2-3 day job. Can no longer recommend coming to this dealer unless they get their S--- together. More

Finally found the exact car (model, color, options) and contacted them to make the deal. There was an error on the price listed on their website, which they finally agreed to honor. I flew in from Southern California to purchase and drive back. It was raining, so very difficult to inspect the vehicle. Not a concern, I thought, since it was a CPO and been thoroughly checked and reconditioned.... this is where I was wrong. Car had not been detailed well. Car wax marks on dark plastic, dirt in the back seat and cargo area. Additionally there were 2 small chips in the windshield that should have been filled or the windshield replaced. Finally, the car developed a whining/buzz at the top of the windshield at higher speeds. Called back to inquire and was told the car was completely reconditioned and that they couldn't explain the issues. They did offer to pay to have the car detailed and window repaired locally. However, the fact that the car was not checked prior to sale was troubling. I expected more from a CPO vehicle given my past experience. If the car wasn't the exact model I wanted, it would have been a different decision to purchase from Audi Stevens Creek. More

My salesman Hamid Shir was top notch..... so knowledgeable, so very kind and patient, answering my multiple questions. He even came to the nursing home to facilitate my husband's signatures! At the same time, he never pressured me to buy anything. He also was very skilled in negotiating an agreeable price with me as well as with his manager Frank Garcia, who was also very kind and helpful. Jana Gaytan was also so very helpful in taking care of the business and legal paperwork involved in buying the car. She was very patient and kind, having to redo the paperwork multiple times when I would change my mind regarding title, etc. Frank Garcia, manager, was also very kind, patient, reasonable, and efficient in facilitating the purchase of my car. I hope I am fortunate to be able to work with these three individuals when I purchase my next Audi. More
