I was honestly skeptical and feared a bait and switch... But nope! Showed up, got paperwork started, everything was exactly as discussed and expected. The team moved fast to process my application, let me do a final test drive, get me through finance, and drive away. It was weirdly efficient, almost too easy to buy a new car! Combing the final deal and the quick communications, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone seeking an Audi. More

I live in LA and your dealership in SJ had one of the last remaining 2018 A6 Prestige in California. Cassandra was prompt in responding to my email inquiries and when it was time to pull the trigger, I booked a flight up to SJC where Cassandra graciously offered to pick me up herself in a rather nice Audi to boot. I was at the dealership by 1:25pm and drove back down to LA in my dream car at 3:00pm, and was able to zoom down and be home in time to say goodnight to my daughter (it meant the world to me as she pretty much cries when I'm not there at night). Cassandra had all the forms filled out ahead of time and the car was already washed by the time I got there. It was an amazing car buying experience. I had lived up in the Bay Area for my high school years, but live in LA now. I won't hesitate to point any friends in town or out of town towards Stevens Creek Audi to work with Cassandra in the future. Also, Cassandra was upfront with the negotiations and I got the best price from her out of the 4 other dealerships in LA and the bay area that I negotiated with. Huge shout out to Cassandra!
