He had another saleswoman Mariatu to assist me and she was very professional and was able to get all the paper work done and the car was deliver to me nicely. Pleasant and efficient I just purchased a new Audi Q5 from Audi of Stevens Creek. Cassandra is on top of her game and was able to answer my questions immediately, and we had a car selected that matched my requirements within minutes. The price was right and I purchased the car the next day. People in the dealership are all friendly and attentive, as soon as I walked in people asked me if I needed help, in a non pressuring way. Overall I am very happy with the dealership and the whole experience. One little weirdness was that the sales assistant called me an hour after I drove away with the new car and asked if I was still interested and would come in today. I guess there was a communication gap. Why not 5 stars? I was a bit taken aback by the almost $15000 'additional warranty' list that Rachel was trying to push on me with good reasons why any of these 'is necessary'. More
