There was only one issue that came up with a warranty which was misrepresented and they took another discount on the car in recognition of that error. Overall, a pretty positive experience. Hopefully I won't need a car for a long time, but I would come back if I did. More

My sales representative (AJ Vera) at Audi Stevens Creek treated me like I was already a part of the Audi family. He wasn’t pushy, he wasn’t trying to upsell me...he just wanted to get me everything I wanted in a car and more. AJ showed me various trim levels and had my best interest in mind from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything “Audi”. I ask a lot of questions! And he answered every single one truthfully, in detail, and with integrity. Even when there was a mistake... I shook hands with AJ and the Sales Manager (Mohamed Farhad)...We had just agreed on the price, and I couldn’t be happier. But then Mohamed came back after a final verification of the cars and said he can’t sell me the car at the price we agreed on. They didn’t realize that this particular car had a $1700 option!!! My monthly payment was about to go up $50/Month, driving me slightly out of my price range. But they worked with me and we found a compromise. I am leasing my Audi A4 and I love everything about it!
