No BS Called Sal ahead of time and told them what I wanted. It was ready when I got there. Have called ahead at OTHER dealerships, but when I get there Called Sal ahead of time and told them what I wanted. It was ready when I got there. Have called ahead at OTHER dealerships, but when I get there the car isn't what I requested. They just want to get you to come in. When they do this, it's a HUGE waste of time. Am told this is common practice, but didn't see this with Sal at Audi Stevens Creek Leased a car so will need to get a new one in 36 months. Audi Stevens Creek will DEFINITELY be my first stop when I get the next car. More
