My experience NEVER buy ding insurance from this dealership. I bought an A6 and got ding insurance at the time of purchase. The one and only time i took in the car NEVER buy ding insurance from this dealership. I bought an A6 and got ding insurance at the time of purchase. The one and only time i took in the car to get a ding repaired i was quoted an additional $200/hr apparently because the area is hard to repair. This of course was never mentioned when they sold me the insurance. I asked for the insurance to be cancelled and after going back and forth for a year (after leaving several messages etc) they want to only refund the prorated part of the insurance. The sales director tried to tell convince me that i was crazy to expect a full refund. Why should i pay 95% of a service that was absolutely worthless??? This is a "Stealership" and not a dealership for sure. And the customer service is reprehensible...never returning calls.... The right thing for them do was to repair a ding regardless of where it was on the car, and if they couldnt return my full amount. EPIC FAIL AUDI STEVENS CREEK!! Update: 7/24 I received a partial refund for the insurance premium. This would have been a much better experience if someone had done the right thing at the very beginning without me having to escalate. Anyways thanks to Joseph for making this happen! More

Great store Audi Stevens Creek is a great store with a great staff. Their always knowledge about the cars and Kody wasn’t quick to get rid of us when we told him Audi Stevens Creek is a great store with a great staff.
