My Favorite Dealership by FAR I have so far purchased two pre-owned vehicles from Audi Stevens Creek, and I will continue to give my business because I have the best customer servi I have so far purchased two pre-owned vehicles from Audi Stevens Creek, and I will continue to give my business because I have the best customer service I've ever experienced. I expect it to be sold something I didn't want instead asked questions about my life my family and my goals for my vehicle and they helped guide me to the vehicle I ended up landing on. I did not need an Audi, so they did not try to sell me one. Instead they got to know me and helped me assess the kind of vehicle that was best for me at the different stages of my life. When I was 20 I bought a Toyota Celica, which I loved completely. Then at 22 I got married and they bought back my Celica and helped me find a more family oriented vehicle. (Yeah I got a Prius) It was in great Shape, and It saved me over 500 dollars a month on gas alone. I have only had good experiences with thw Sales team and managers. My favorite Dealership BY FAR. I will ALWAYS go back to Audi On Steven's Creek. More

I was in the market for a new Audi and visited ASC based on their great location on stevens creek blvd. I had an idea of what I was looking for and as soon as I arrived I was quickly greeted by a happy salesperson named Emane. He patiently walked me though all of the features of the 2018 Q7. Emane helped me find the perfect Q7 for my family and he was able to get me a price I couldn't say no too. I also met Joe who was Emane manager and Joe better explained my purchase options and the benefits of a prepaid lease. Terrible Followup after purchase of new car Bought a brand new 2017 S3 from SC Audi - very poor followup on several items. Now I've been waiting for 6 weeks on the refund of a worthless tire pr Bought a brand new 2017 S3 from SC Audi - very poor followup on several items. Now I've been waiting for 6 weeks on the refund of a worthless tire protection package that I shouldn't have bought (they denied me coverage on a flat, saying that no construction areas are covered, and that the metal plate that punctured the tire shouldn't have been in the road!) Go figure, a nail shouldn't be there either, but thats why I bought the package! I could go on more, but I don't want to waste more time on this dealership. Avoid at all costs! More

I've not own=ed a Audi for awhile, but I just purchased an A7 (used 2013) and one of the reasons I purchased the vehicle from Audi Stevens Creek (ASC) was based on my great experiences, in I just purchased an A7 (used 2013) and one of the reasons I purchased the vehicle from Audi Stevens Creek (ASC) was based on my great experiences, in the past, with the service department. I expect that to continue when I bring the A7 into ASC for services and/or repairs. I was simply curious what others might have experienced so I came here and... was really surprised at the number of negative - sometimes super negative - reviews. I encourage anyone reading these reviews to first find out for yourself vs. rushing to this dealership based on the positive reviews, like mine, OR running the other direction based on the negative ones.
