Service center customer service doesn't care for customers The service department of the Audi Stevens creek location really need to wake up and understand that if they don't care for their customers they will The service department of the Audi Stevens creek location really need to wake up and understand that if they don't care for their customers they will eventually lose their trust and loyalty. And this is based on atleast 3 interactions with their service Dept CS (managed by Daren Ferguson) - the lady who picked up his line is least bothered about being supportive and helpful and said that go ahead and complain all you want about whatever you wish to. Really sorry state of affairs that will eventually lead to a lot of negativity and potentially loss of customers, given that the customer is paying hefty amounts for the car. More

Thought these were good guys but they did a bait and switch on financial institutions. The finance manager could not answer why his employee did this. All he could say was "Why does it matter it is the same rate." A typical response from someone who has done this too long. IT matters because it is called INTEGRITY. Do what you say; say what you do. The dealer showroom looks like an old IHOP but hey it doesn't matter because price is all that matters according to them. The maintenance people never have loaner cars and are so booked..so that is why for 11 years I have been going to Hector at Audi Burlingame for service. At the end of the day these guys are "scammers" and game players. I wouldn't go there. Do yourself a favor. Look at the suggested retail price of the vehicle without ANY dealer mark up and subtract 7% to get dealer invoice. Find someone who will sell it at that. Don't take an malarkey like : "Oh that's below my cost." Play hardball. Word to the wise: if you finance here make sure you get the finance person to put in writing who it is with. BTW don't ever buy any other things they offer you except the Audi Care. The tire protection is a crock because it doesn't cover the tire or rim if you are driving thru construction and bend it on a steel plate. Read the fine print. The 737 aircraft coating is a rip off because it costs so little and you are charged a ginormous mark up. If you want an extended warranty ( not recommended) buy from your insurance agent He/she will take care of you because you will be with them for years A deal at a dealer is once every .xxx...years and they are there to "fleece you". Live and learn. Stay strong. Also how truthful does Scott Keough the CEO think the dealer surveys are when the sales manager Enrique Villa sends you a coaching email ( I still have it) that says please give us all 10's or 11's because that is what we get paid on? What a game! More
worst experience ever This is the worst place ever you can get service at .. It's a rip off, Vin penugonde the manager tried to make me pay $90 for a nail in my rare tire. This is the worst place ever you can get service at .. It's a rip off, Vin penugonde the manager tried to make me pay $90 for a nail in my rare tire. I took the car to American tires and there was no nail in any of the four tires, it was the sensors that needed a replacement. Last year I changed my breaks and paid $1,780 and In less than a year I have the break pad sign on again. When I went there to Get it replaced they asked again for $1,780 and told me that they can do nothing about it. I made only 13,000 mile on the new break pads. They were rude and they were trying to make me believe that my Q7 as it is a big car, I need to change the break pads every year twice at least. This place is a rip off, I thought of selling my car as I don't want to deal with these greedy horrible people who take advantage of their customers. I don't recommend going to this place for service because simply they can't give a proper diagnostic and they will rip you off, and if you try to complain, you will get nothing . More

It is, by far, THE best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle, and will definitely buy from them again. More
Fraud - False Advertising - Scandalous I called in advance and drove almost 3 hours to go see a specific car that I wanted and was ready to buy on the spot. The salesman over the phone tol I called in advance and drove almost 3 hours to go see a specific car that I wanted and was ready to buy on the spot. The salesman over the phone told me that the car was there, that the car was as advertised and in good shape, clean title, no damage and ready to go. The advertisement said that it has an extended 6yr/100k warranty. Well when i got there, i wandered around the lot for a good 20 minutes and was never approached... I don't mind that actually when it comes to buying cars... and i could not find the car. So I walked inside and asked the receptionist if the car was still available, yes receptionist... This place was really nice, seemingly a classy dealership. She did not know and so then called up a sales person. So the gentleman comes up and offers to help, asking if i had been speaking to another sales person already... whatever. Well we finally walk all over the lot and find that the car was in the back, and he said that a couple had been looking at it and they were cleaning it up or something after the test drive. So we walk to the back and as we approached the car, i immediately noticed that the hood color was a bit off. The car was a 2011 Audi A4 with only 30,522 miles. and with a clean title, and raving remarks on the ad, I expected the paint to be nice. I immediately asked about the warranty and the sales person told me that it had the standard 4yr/50k warranty, and pointed it out on the window sticker... He then proceeded to tell me that he would go in and get the keys and the purchase date. I began to thoroughly inspect the car, as did my girlfriend and we both almost immediately suspected that this car had been wrecked. She found marks all over it and the front left fender didn't quite match up to the bumper and hood the way you would expect a clean car to do... then I found some other similar faults on the other side. As the salesman returned, I asked him again if it was a clean title and if the car had and damage and he said the car was clean... So I asked him to pop the hood and almost immediately after i opened it and noticed paint spray over, the salesman's disposition changed. He then proceeded to open the drivers side door and quickly started "finding" flaws himself, like he was discovering them for the first time, yet he knew exactly where to look and point out the spray over from the repainting... And I asked him again if the car had a clean title, and pointed out that this was in more than just a small fender bender with spray-over on the left front fender, right front fender, engine block, and inside the doors... This car may have been a salvaged title car and not near worth the $21,000 it was listed for. And i told the salesman that it wasn't worth what they were asking and he said something like, "well that's the price." They clearly tried to scam me. I drove almost 3 hours, and I really couldn't believe that this beautiful dealership would be so low as to not ever offer an apology for the misguided advertisement and salesperson that played the part. The advertisement for the car is still up on some websites: This is the vin: WAUAFAFLXBN038039 More

W Daren Ferguson, service manager at Audi Stevens Creek, and I eventually connected - later in the day on which I wrote the below review, in fact. What I have to say about the service I received from Daren (and his service team) from then on, is only good. In fact it's great. Having persuaded me to return to Audi Stevens Creek the following day to try and make amends, Daren went out of his way to be extremely kind and helpful. He apologised for not being able to get hold of me sooner, had the dent in my car fixed so I can no longer see it (yay!) *and* also had fixed up various other scratches in the area around it, and gave me some money off my 75,000mile service to make up for the mistake over the oil. It was a good outcome. They did a great job and I was really pleased. More
ABSOLUTE WORST customer service ABSOLUTE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. Where do I begin? Poor customer service! They played games with me and ended up screwing me over. Their blat ABSOLUTE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. Where do I begin? Poor customer service! They played games with me and ended up screwing me over. Their blatant disregard for me as a customer cost me over $1000 in unnecessary taxes that I now have to collect from the Board of Equalization. During nearly every step in the process, the salesman, finance, and managers made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I even had the general manager lie to me. In the end, I got the car I wanted, but wasted money and spent at least 20 hours on the deal. To top it off, they knowingly submitted all of my information to a wrong address - something I'm still trying to correct! I would STRONGLY recommend going to a different Audi dealership, there's one nearby in Palo Alto. Steven's Creek Audi seems to be a huge corporate run (Penske) dealership that certainly did not care about the customer (me). Experience: I knew the car I wanted and had a trade in price in mind. The actual deal (agreeing on the price and trade-in) took 15 minutes. It was fairly low pressure sales... However, at one point, the salesman became angry and took the deal off the table because I had to register the vehicle in another state. The salesman was passive aggressive and took a few digs at me. Perhaps I should have walked away. The finance process and dealing with the managers lasted a week. They were ignorant of the law and had to redo paperwork a number of times. During my last visit there, I waited for 3 hours to speak with the finance department to finalize the paperwork. Before I left, I spoke with the general manager. The general manager said he would look into my issues and get back with me. Nothing from him and they then incorrectly submitted the paperwork without verifying the information with me. Just a disaster of an experience. I'm actually considering pursuing a lawsuit based on the incorrect paperwork, ignorance of the law, and financial loss I encountered. I told them this when I was frustrated after waiting 3 hours at the dealership. Their response? "We're a big corporation, we have really good lawyers." More

I walked on the lot on a Saturday. I was alone and so was the sale's person Frank Garcia. I knew exactly what I wanted and he pointed it out to me right away. It is August sales month so I got a good price for my Audi and I love it! I did go and shopped around for the rest of the Saturday. Did more research online and realized that I was indeed getting a good price. So on Sunday I came in and bought the car from Frank. I am a sale's person, and I know a good sale's person when I meet one. People want to buy from good sales people. Frank is not pushy and he knows the cars well. He explains well and he is patient. I could have done without the "mam" but I guess I am getting old. I will send my friends to Frank to buy a car at Audi Stevens Creek. More
