I did not buy my Audi A4 here, so I can't speak to the sales experience at Stevens Creek. But in terms of service, I think they are the best Audi service dealership in the Peninsula / South Bay (I've als sales experience at Stevens Creek. The service staff at Stevens Creek Audi are much friendlier and they offer extras like complimentary shuttle service to nearby locations and a car wash for every serviced car. More

This is the BIG LIE dealership. I have owned several Audi vehicles and dealt with several dealerships. I made a deal with these guys, confirmed it twice but they were always just one detail short in th Audi vehicles and dealt with several dealerships. They then changed the deal and worked her for $500 extra. "We'll take her back to the airport" they said. "Absolutely the worst", I said. <br><br>Read the other ratings, talk to the other Audi dealers and ask them. It comes back over and over. The other dealers will tell you who is the worst because they know. Stevens Creek screws people regularly. Don't be a chump like I was. More

I have had to visit this Dealership three times and will never go back! Once for my 99 GTI (used to be a VW dealer too) and they wanted to charge me for a break light that I wanted to replace under warranty never go back! Once for my 99 GTI (used to be a VW dealer too) and they wanted to charge me for a break light that I wanted to replace under warranty because I didn't make an appointment.<br><br>Second with my 2002 A4 1.8t, I had a stereo installed and afterwards I was receiving an airbag fault code. They refused to even look at my car for less than $250! xxx! <br><br>Third (same A4), I installed a Front Mount Intercooler, and after taking the bumper off I got an error code for the auto leveling headlights. They went on about doing bodywork or wondering if the vehicle was modified from stock. Basically if it wasn't totally OEM they wouldn't touch it, and if they did they would totally return it to OEM components and charge every last dime for it.<br><br>I took my vehicle to Carsen in Redwood City for both incidents regarding the A4 and they fixed the airbag faults (with out charge), and fixed the auto-leveling system (with out charge). I would definitely steer clear of Stevens Creek Audi, and do business with Carsen, it is well worth the extra drive!!<br> More
