Audi Stevens Creek had a good vehicle and a good price point. Good history, certified pre-owned and low mileage. The sales team was quick to respond on most occasions and we concluded an out of state purchase and delivery in under 2 weeks from the day we gave our intent to purchase. This timeframe included 4 days we needed to secure our own used vehicle financing since we were taking delivery out of state. If you are shipping your purchase out of state, I would encourage you to ask for a clear timeline and steps needed so that you know exactly what needs to happen in what order. More

The car was fine, the sales service and attention given to customer was terrible no updates unless we went to ask, when asked how much longer finance needs to finish paperwork, sales lady has the audacity to customer was terrible no updates unless we went to ask, when asked how much longer finance needs to finish paperwork, sales lady has the audacity to ask me, the customer, to ask myself, so I went upstairs to ask finance manager, sales lady had an attitude, feel like she was doing UA a favor to buy a car from Steven creek, we complained to the manager afterwards, we asked several questions about the car that sales lady said she will have an responses on Monday morning due to service and parts was closed on Sunday, as fo 1:30pm, no answers, no follow up, it seems it’s up to customer to get answers and pay dealership for the privileges. We had a wonderful experience with Hamid at the Audi dealership in San Jose. We test drove a couple of cars on Wednesday, thought through everything over a couple of days, and purchased our favorite on dealership in San Jose. Hamid showed us each option and allowed us time and space to look everything over. We were able to take the car on a long test drive to get a better feel for it. Cassandra Crawford Was my sales person. I called her over the phone and explain to her what I was looking for and within five minutes she emailed me exactly what I describe to her over the phone the SUV was the phone and explain to her what I was looking for and within five minutes she emailed me exactly what I describe to her over the phone the SUV was perfect. The interest rate was lower than any other dealership. The pricing of the vehicle was lower than any other dealership That I try to negotiate with. Also I live over 100 miles away from Stevens Creek dealership and they delivered it to my home that is excellent customer service. Cassandra Crawford is great; to the point, brief and informative on Q5e. Crazy busy. That's a good thing. Mariatu got back to me promptly with requested data; calm, cool, detailed. Salvi was great too with Q7 inquiries. Informative, no pressure, there for you. However, we are still waiting for follow through on the vehicles requested. One online inquired about for nearly a month, have to keep calling back. Requested further details on accessories at sale (prior to pickup) and interior pics. Told a few days ago it was being sold to a broker instead. (!) When I asked for verification/confirmation, disconnected. Part of the problem is people answering the tel without dealership knowledge. Another problem is the Audi system crashing and not being updated or up to date tech wise, so employees cannot properly track customers, or access-distribute the requested vehicle data promptly if at all. This has proven true at a few local Audi dealers. Crash is not a word you want to think about with an auto purchase. Regardless, at this point I feel like I have to go to another dealer. Maybe I'll try back next year, undecided. More
